Return Policy

U.S. returns — 30 days

We accept return requests within 30 days from delivery.

Start a return

If you checked out as a guest, enter the same email to receive a one-time sign-in code.

1. Sign in to your account with your order email.
2. Select the order and choose the items to return or exchange.
3. For U.S. returns, download the prepaid label. For international returns, ship eligible items back to us at your own cost after starting the return.
4. Track your return status in your account.
5. For U.S. returns, download the prepaid label. For international orders, including UK and EEA orders, we do not provide free or prepaid return shipping labels. International customers are responsible for the direct cost of sending goods back to us, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 days.

Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, email connect@bohemiaskin.com so we can help with a replacement.

Return shipping

For U.S. returns, we provide a prepaid return label through the return portal. For international orders, including UK and EEA orders, we do not provide free or prepaid return shipping labels. International customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods to Bohemia Skin, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Mail international returns to Bohemia Skin, 977 Raintree Circle, Ste 220, Allen, TX 75013, United States. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

UK and EEA withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, you also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after you, or someone you name other than the carrier, receives the goods. This right is separate from our U.S. 30-day return policy.

You do not need to give a reason. You may use the withdrawal function below, or send another clear statement by email to connect@bohemiaskin.com before the 14-day withdrawal period ends.

After you notify us

Please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us that you are withdrawing. Unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. We may reduce a refund only for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.

Statutory-withdrawal refunds

Where required by law, we will refund payments received, including standard outbound delivery charges, without undue delay and normally within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Health and hygiene

For health or hygiene reasons, certain sealed products may not be eligible for withdrawal after the seal is broken where applicable law permits that exception. Any applicable limitation will be disclosed before purchase. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory rights.
